How do Sukha heating accessories work?
They diffuse gentle heat by infrared, via a rechargeable battery (USB-C). 3 heating levels, wireless, for complete autonomy.
What is the autonomy and how do I recharge them?
Up to 4 hours of battery life at maximum power (6 hours at lowest power). Recharges in 4-5 hours via USB-C with any charger (phone, tablet, etc.). Charger not included to reduce electronic waste.
Is it safe?
Yes. Low voltage (5V), infrared technology, CE compliant, overheating safety system.
How to clean Sukha products?
- Sheep's wool covers: hand wash or delicate wool cycle, cold/low spin.
- Interior: never immerse. Can be cleaned with a slightly damp sponge.
Why sheep's wool?
It's a local, recycled, thermoregulating, flame-retardant, hypoallergenic, and biodegradable material. It absorbs moisture and odors. A true responsible luxury.
Can Sukha be used outdoors?
Yes, in dry weather only. The underside is made of water-repellent outdoor fabric. Do not expose to prolonged moisture.
What is your return policy?
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt (except for personalized custom products), if the product has not been damaged/modified, and in its original Hipli packaging. Refund after verification. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we make an error.
What if my product doesn't work?
Check the connections, the battery (must be charged), press the battery power button (your switch should light up), hold the switch button for 3 seconds. If the problem persists, contact us: we will find a solution.
