Battery life, safety, care: the essentials, in short.

Lou or Nomade: which one should I choose?

Lou is a cushion for your seat, in the living room or on the terrace. Nomade is a more enveloping heated seat pad: it warms your back and thighs.

How long does a SUKHA stay warm, and how do I recharge it?

Up to 9 h on Gentle, 6 h on Comfort, 4 h on Intense. The included battery recharges via USB-C, like a phone (charger not included).

Is it safe?

Our products are designed for safe use: low voltage and overheating protection, with automatic shut-off and CE compliance tested by an independent laboratory. Always follow the instructions, especially for Pacha with your pet. If anything seems unusual, switch it off and contact us.

Are your products Made in France?

Yes. Our objects are made in France: sewing and assembly, with French sheep's wool from the Pyrenees and the Larzac. For the heating film and its electronics, we selected and tested many components: we chose a specialist manufacturer, in China, that meets all our specifications. The battery is from a premium German brand, with a 2-year warranty. We do not take performance and safety lightly.

Is SUKHA wool recycled?

No, even better: it is revalorised shearing wool. In France, around 90% of shearing wool is not put to use. We give a new purpose to wool from the Pyrenees, with Marelha, and from the Larzac, with Filature Colbert. The cover fabric combines 87% wool and 13% recycled polyester (the thread used to knit the wool). Inside, 100% Larzac wool felt (recycled polyester for Lou).

How do I care for my SUKHA?

Remove the cover and follow its label: hand wash or cold wool cycle, low spin. Never immerse the electronics. Between washes, air it: wool cleans itself in the open air.

Can it be used outdoors?

Yes, in a dry place: terrace, balcony, garden. Keep the battery and electronics sheltered from the rain.

What if the product doesn't suit me?
